We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below that amount, a flat rate is applied at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

GIANT PANDA offers a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. You can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are final sale.

How do I find the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements in both inches and centimeters. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
